Instructions
Three laundry bags with the unique student ID are provided to each student: two for normal cleaning and one for VIP care.
Each student places clothes for cleaning in his laundry bag, closes the laundry bag and places the bag in the laundry basket at the entrance of his building.
The laundry bags are collected on the days described below for each building and the student’s clothes are returned back to his building cleaned, ironed and folded once ready.
For normal laundry, turnaround is 3 days. For clothes that require dry cleaning and for VIP care clothes turnaround is 5 days. For bed linen and towels turnaround service is 7 days.

The student can credit his account in the laundry facility by cash or card during operating hours or in times otherwise specified. If a student’s balance falls negative, he will be notified to add credit to his account.
Prices are per item of clothing and include washing, ironing and folding.
